To All Runners
On Monday, January 19, and Thursday, January 29, 2026, we will send an “Athlete Bib Exchange QR Code (Participation Ticket) Issuance Guide” email to the address you provided during entry.
Please access the link in the email to download your QR code. On the day of the event, please either display the code on your smartphone or tablet or bring a printed PDF version to the venue.
▽▲▽ Participation Ticket Issuance & Check-in ▽▲▽
▶ Please use one of the following methods to pick up your athlete bib:

Method 1: Display the web-based participation ticket on your smartphone and present it at the check-in counter.

Method 2: Print out the web-based participation ticket and bring it to the venue to present at the counter.

▶ Each individual must check in personally, even for group entries.
(If you registered as a family or group):
The representative will receive emails for all participants in the group. Please either forward the email to your group members so they can issue their own tickets, or print out the tickets for each participant on their behalf.
▶Note: Athlete bib exchange tickets will not be sent by postal mail.
▶Access via RUNNET: You can also access your ticket through RUNNET My Page > Entry History.

▶ Check-in must be completed by the runner in person. Proxies (representatives) are not allowed to check in on your behalf.
▶ Transferring race rights to another person is strictly prohibited for safety and risk management reasons.

If someone other than the registered runner is found attempting to check in, that runner will be disqualified from the race. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
▶An ID check will be conducted at the time of pickup. Please present one of the following forms of identification to verify your identity:

Check-in will not be available outside of the specified hours.
In the event of public transportation delays, check-in hours may be extended accordingly. (Extensions will be determined based on flights arriving at Oita Airport around 4:00 PM that were scheduled to arrive in time for regular check-in).
